«Gran-Pri» Club House is the unique residential project developed by Architectural Bureau «A. Len», designed for 180 Euroformat apartments. The project of the building is made in the spirit of the best traditions of modern architecture. The creators of the project managed to find a stylish image of the complex: dynamic, perfectly fitting into the urban landscape with a unique energy. The building has a monolithic frame, facades are faced with granite, composite panels are used to decorate individual elements of the project.
The residential complex is located in a well-developed prestigious area in the center of Voronezh. All necessary commercial and social infrastructure is within walking distance from the residential complex: shops, pharmacies, banks, cafes and restaurants, schools and clinics. The territory of the house on one side is adjacent to a large public park named after Durov, located behind the Circus, with a playground, landscaped pedestrian alleys and recreation areas, and a fountain.
