Scheme Design / Full Conceptual Design (PD)

Design and cost estimate documentation (Project Documentation stage, or PD) is a collection of project volumes that forms the basis for any proposed construction and contains text and graphic materials that determine architectural, functional and technological, structural and engineering decisions to ensure the construction and reconstruction of major construction projects.

A.Len Bureau performs design and cost estimate documentation development, which includes the preparation of a general explanatory note, a master plan of the project site and transport, architectural and construction and technological decisions, engineering equipment, internal systems and external networks, cost estimated documentation, issues of the construction organization and occupational health and safety.
