«O'Yunost...» Bright World Residential Сomplex

The residential complex «Bright World» O'Yunost...» was implemented by the company Seven Suns Development in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg on the Oktyabrskaya embankment between Krylenko and Telman streets.

The residential complex is a whole block, divided into residential and public areas. The project includes 8 houses from 14 to 25 floors.

The structural scheme of residential buildings is with monolithic reinforced concrete load-bearing walls. Interfloor floors are monolithic reinforced concrete without girders. Exterior walls are made of hollow bricks. Facade cladding - ceramic granite slabs, on a ventilated facade system. The roof is insulated, combined, not in use.

All apartments are rented out with full finishing ,with furniture and household appliances.

The quarter is divided into residential and public areas. The courtyards are closed for cars. There are children's playgrounds and recreation areas here. The complex has a large walking area with bicycle and roller paths. In the public area there are objects of trade and social infrastructure:

-multilevel ground parking for 966 cars;

-kindergarten for 225 kids;

-a shopping street with shops located on the ground floors of buildings;

-cinema.
